If you want to make the market day extra special, you can join us for an exclusive 3-course fermentation lunch, provided by a restaurant with 1 Michelin star. Expect a sophisticated menu where fermentation is not used as a gimmick, but as a fully-fledged culinary instrument: layered, exciting and elegant.

This lunch takes the world of RotFest to restaurant level and shows how powerful fermentation can be in the hands of top gastronomy. A unique opportunity to be fully immersed in taste at the table in the middle of the festival.
